ST_GDALDrivers — 使用しているGDALライブラリが対応するラスタ書式の一覧を返します。この一覧でcan_write=TrueとなっているものだけがST_AsGDALRasterで使えます。

使用しているGDALライブラリが対応するラスタ書式のshort_name, long_nameと作成オプションの一覧を返します。short_nameは、ST_AsGDALRasterのformatパラメタに使います。オプションはGDALライブラリのコンパイルに使ったドライバに依存します。create_optionsは、XML形式のCretionOptionList/Optionの集合で、ドライバごとの生成オプションごとに、名前を持ち、追加情報のtype, descriptionとVALUEの集合を持ちます。

Changed: 2.0.6, 2.1.3 - GUC (訳注: Grand Unified Configurationの略で、動的に変更できるPostgreSQLパラメータ)または環境変数gdal_enabled_driversが設定されていないデフォルトではドライバが全て無効になりました。
