LWT_TOPOLOGY* lwt_CreateTopology	(	LWT_BE_IFACE *	iface,
		const char *	name,
		int32_t	srid,
		double	prec,
		int	hasz
	)

Initializes a new topology.

Parameters

iface	the backend interface handler (see lwt_CreateBackendIface)
name	name of the new topology
srid	the topology SRID
prec	the topology precision/tolerance
hasz	non-zero if topology primitives should have a Z ordinate

Returns

the handler of the topology, or NULL on error (liblwgeom error handler will be invoked with error message)
